Gerina-Piller
She was conceived on March 29, 1985, in Roswell in New Mexico. Gerina Michelle was her birth name. Gerina Stevenson's parents were Mexican Alan Stevenson & Rita Stevenson. The mother of two is a Mexican by blood but has American citizenship. Since she was a child she has had a strong desire to participate in athletics. Gerina took up golf when she reached the age of 15. Gerina finished her High School studies in Goddard High School. While she was in high school, she won her first prize in the New Mexico state golf tournament. As well as volleyball, she competed on the state level. She began attending in the University of Texas. She won all of the events she took part in throughout her senior year. Through her college years she won the Conference USA Player of The Year Award as well as the UTEP Female Sports Athelete Award.
