Molly Tarlov has been an American actor since the year 2011 and is most well-known for her role as Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward the teen drama comedy show on television. Tarlov is the eldest daughter of two, and was born in Manhattan. She began her career at the age of 10 when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was well-loved by seven grade students. As she got older she was a summer student at the Interlochen Center for the Arts and in Paris taking classes at NYU's Tisch. She trained in a range of styles for acting and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and was able to incorporate writing into her acting in The LAByrinth Theater Master Class. Molly switched her winter black coat into a pair of black sunglasses when she arrived at Los Angeles. A short, three-word segment in iCarly soon caught the eye from her parents. Since then, she has done a variety of television appearances and developed the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly believes she's good on the basketball court, but she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
